1. Off-Road & Track Use Only Most items sold by Piyesa Hub are designed and intended for off-road, track, or closed-course competition use only.

• Compliance: The customer acknowledges that installing these parts may violate local laws (including Australian Design Rules) or void manufacturer warranties.
• Responsibility: It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure their vehicle remains compliant with state and federal regulations. Piyesa Hub is not liable for any legal consequences, fines, or vehicle defects resulting from the use of these products on public roads.

2. Payment & Lead Times Manufacturing and dispatch timelines begin only once funds have fully cleared into our account.

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched from Canberra within 5 business days.
• Custom/Manufactured Items: Lead times are up to 30 days post-payment clearance.

3. Fitment & Damage Claims

• Fitment: We offer a 30-day fitment guarantee. If a part does not fit as described, notify us within 30 days for a replacement.
• Damages: Shipping damage must be reported with photos within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Product Nature Piyesa Hub does not sell electrical components. All products are mechanical or aesthetic accessories.
